You can use these websites to find the information you need for your task. We have broken them up into the different parts of a healthy lifestyle. You don't need to use all the websites, just pick the ones that you find the easiest to understand.
Your assessment task asks you to find government websites. Please be aware that not all of the websites we have given you below are government websites, some are written by other medical experts. There is at least one government website in each section though. Remember that a government website ends in .gov.
When you're searching in Google you can tell Google you only want government websites by adding site:.gov when you search. Eg. healthy eating site:.gov
